Meet Miss Maddie. She is 8 months young American Staffordshire Terrier whose interests include cuddling, walking, hiking, running and romping. She loves having toys to play with, so her new home will need to provide her with her own toys, bones, playtime, and some training to keep her mind and body healthy. She loves fetch and gets highly focused on tennis balls. She does not like to share her toys with other animals. This sweet girl is house trained, is leashed trained, has basic commands down, she gets along well with people.
She has a high prey drive, so we recommend no cats. Maddie likes to cuddle with you or lay down with you, wherever you may be or whatever you may be doing. She is a lover, not a fighter! She is a sweet dog with a lot of energy. Miss Maddie will need more training as she is strong minded with some anxious energy and needs a strong leader.
Maddie will be happiest when she can be a part of her person's daily activities. Her family will need to be sure that Maddie feels like she is part of a close knit group. She is spayed, micro chipped, vaccinated, licensed and a complete health workup. Miss Maddie is parvo survivor. We have found lamb, duck and salmon food works well for her or many of the limited ingredient foods. She will go home with her new family with all her medical records and DNA test results.
